Dr. Carmel Flores

Dr. Flores is the current Chief Medical Officer of Family Solutions Center (FSC), a division of TCN. She has held this position since the conception of FSC in July of 2010. She brings with her over ten years of experience in treating youth mental illness/es. She graduated from the University of Santo Tomas Medical School and completed her General Psychiatry Residency as well as her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training from Wright State University. She is Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.


Dr. Tessa Blachly-Flannagan

Dr. Blachly- Flanagan originally worked at TCN in 2000, then returned to Family Solutions Center when it was established in 2010. She is a graduate of the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University, class of 1995. She completed her Adult Psychiatry Residency and Child and Adolescent Fellowship at the University of North Carolina. She is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and sees children in the outpatient and youth recovery programs at the Family Solutions Center.


Dr. Kathrine Winner

Dr. Winner joined the TCN team full time in July of 2014. She is a graduate of the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University, class of 2009. She completed her Adult Psychiatry Residency and Child and Adolescent Fellowship at Wright State University. Dr. Winner is a Board Certified Psychiatrist.


DR. MARIA MATHIAS

Dr. Mathias joined the TCN team in January of 2016. She is a graduate of the College of Medicine at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Mathias completed her Adult Psychiatry Residency and Child Psychiatry Fellowship at Wright State University. She is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. 


DR. BRIAN MERRILL

Dr. Merrill is a Board-Certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist who provides clinical services to patients of all ages. He completed medical school, psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Wright State University. He has been with TCN since 2014 and fulltime since July, 2016. Dr. Merrill is interested in a broad spectrum of community-based services including inpatient and outpatient services with an active interest in collaborating with primary care providers to delivery timely and effect mental health services. Dr. Merrill is certified to prescribe buprenorphine.
