Family Solutions Center (FSC) is the Youth Division of TCN Behavioral Health Services. FSC provides both mental health and substance abuse treatment for youth age three to eighteen years old in Greene County, as well as other surrounding counties. FSC has an array of programs and services to fit your child’s specific needs. These services include outpatient mental health treatment that includes individual, family or group counseling, crisis intervention, case management, Partial Hospitalization, psychiatric care, and outpatient substance abuse treatment.

Our clinical team consists of highly skilled, credentialed, caring mental health professionals equipped to provide the highest quality counseling and psychiatric services. They are family oriented and trained in using solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral approaches with youth and families. Additionally, some therapists have extensive experience and training in working with youth that are struggling with problems such as grief and loss, family changes, sexual and physical abuse, school and dual diagnosis- youth with both mental health and substance abuse.

Signs of Quality

Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) 
CARF accreditation outcome represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows the organization's substantial conformance to the standards established by CARF. An organization receiving a Three Year Accreditation outcome has put itself through a rigorous peer review process and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs and services are of the highest quality, measurable and accountable. TCN Behavioral Health Services, Inc. first embarked on accreditation February 2004 and was accredited for a period of three years. On March 2016, CARF announced that TCN Behavioral Health Services accreditation was renewed for an additional period of three years for the following programs:

  • Outpatient Treatment: Mental Health (Adults, Children and Adolescents)
